Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA, is seeking an experienced Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN to focus on complex cases. Hours Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with on‑call commitments, including holidays and weekends. Education RN – Bachelor’s Degree RN – Master’s Degree RN – Doctorate Degree Licensure & Certification Registered Nurse (RN) License – Compact/Multi‑State or Single State – Virginia Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) Case Management certification (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT‑BC) required within one year of eligibility Experience 3 years of nursing experience (required) 3 years of case management experience (preferred) Healthcare experience refers to care delivered in one of the following settings: hospital or an acute care facility. Functions in one of the following practice settings: Hospitals only. Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN: assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality and service for inpatient case management. Assists supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
