Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician

Peak to Creek Precision Staffing is seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician to troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, and keep business systems running smoothly.
This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates clearly, and can handle both everyday support requests and more complex escalations.

What You’ll Do

Respond to support requests by phone, email, and ticketing system, documenting issues and prioritizing urgent needs.
Resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, printers, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, device setup, and endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
Check backup and restore status, storage capacity, and security patch deployment.
Investigate recurring problems and document solutions to improve future support.
Escalate issues requiring additional expertise with clear troubleshooting notes.

What You Bring

2–4 years of hands-on technical support experience, preferably in a managed services or corporate IT environment.
Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems and remote monitoring and management tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and Teams.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills and professional phone and email communication.
The ability to manage competing requests, stay calm during outages, and keep accurate documentation.
