As we continue our rapid growth in North America, we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant with experience supporting Higher Education institutions to help prospects envision what’s possible with AI-driven student, faculty, and staff experiences. What you'll do Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams throughout the entire sales cycle Design demonstrations and go to market materials that align to key outcomes in higher education Build compelling, tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase real-world value for Higher Education institutions Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand operational challenges, student engagement goals, and automation opportunities Present Druid’s platform and capabilities to both technical and executive audiences Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing technical questions, handling objections, and guiding customers toward successful outcomes Demonstrate integrations with enterprise applications, CRM systems, SIS platforms, ITSM tools, and automation technologies Support RFP/RFI responses and technical evaluations Represent Druid at conferences, webinars, industry events, and customer workshops Stay current on trends in AI, automation, and Higher Education technology. What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related customer-facing technical role Experience supporting Higher Education customers or working within Higher Education technology environments Strong ability to translate customer challenges into compelling business and technical solutions Hands-on experience building demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and automation technologies Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
