Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description Job Description Pay Rate/Range: $19-22/hr Description: Seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a growing manufacturing company. The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for ensuring materials, products, and outside services are available to support production while building strong supplier relationships and helping keep operations running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with purchasing experience who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating with vendors, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Purchase materials, supplies, parts, and outside services to support production Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders from start to finish Expedite or adjust orders based on production needs and forecast changes Update pricing, delivery dates, and purchase order information Work with vendors to resolve pricing, quality, delivery, and other purchasing issues Track open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services Negotiation pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and supplier terms Research and develop new supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance Partner with internal departments to ensure production and inventory needs are met Perform additional purchasing and supply chain duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 1 year of purchasing, buying, or procurement experience preferred Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills ERP/MRP system experience (Global Shop preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm The Arnold Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) About Us Looking for a job that fits your skills and goals?
