We are now expanding with a new high tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Position OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will Lead the team members, complete the production tasks appointed by manager in time and with good quality. Also expected to work independently in the promotion of production line.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the workshop production plan, line rotation, downtime control, scrap management, sub‑material consumption, human relations, line productivity, equipment condition, production safety, and related reports activities: update data in a timely manner and use data analysis to propose operational improvements.Deliver training to Assistant Production Supervisors and other subordinates on product specifications, line control, Kaizen, zero‑defect mindset, and QC tools.Supervise measurement and inspection activities, material handling activities, and control sub‑material consumption in the workshop. Manage and evaluate team member performance and provide recommendations for promotion or demotion. Directly audit Team Leaders’ execution and ensure timely feedback and resolution of abnormalities.Coordinate with other departments to improve workshop operations and take actions to ensure smooth production. Act as a backup team leader when required, set production goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations and horizontal deployment activities.Clearly understand individual and section goals and contribute to achieving quality and delivery targets.
