Programmatic Strategy Manager

Location: NYC 2 days/week Salary- $80-$110K Bonus- discretionary We’re looking for a Programmatic Strategy Manager who can work with our accounts management team and the clients themselves to guide the strategy of the programmatic activity we do have, and advocate for more budget by spotting opportunities and building smart proposals off the back of it. This is a client-facing programmatic strategy role within M&C Saatchi Performance’s programmatic division called FYND The person will not be hands-on trading day to day. They will act as the bridge between the traders, account teams and clients by turning technical programmatic recommendations into clear strategies and proposals. The role supports approximately 4 to 5 accounts with monthly programmatic budgets generally ranging from about $100,000 to $300,000. They want someone who started in programmatic activation or trading and has moved into a more strategic and client-facing role. Strong experience with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP and StackAdapt is helpful. The team is tech agnostic and works across many DSPs. The person should be comfortable presenting to clients, explaining programmatic simply, building proposals, and identifying opportunities to grow or protect client budgets. This is best suited for someone with approximately 5 to 7 years of experience. Management experience is helpful, but this is not a large team management role.
