Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorney with all stages of litigation, including case management and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
- Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous litigation experience in a law firm setting. Bonus points if you have more significant experience with medical records.
- Strong research and writing skills, with proficiency in legal databases and case management software.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and like to multi-task.
