Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Strategy and Insights organization, including hiring, goal-setting, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct product lifecycle analysis and management recommendations for product lines
- Provide strategic leadership for growth and profitability through annual planning and ongoing initiatives
- Build market size, share, and growth fact base across franchises and regions
- Manage market research projects, customer insights gathering, and competitive intelligence activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of work experience
- 5+ years of forecasting, planning, project management, and team management
- Demonstrated market intelligence knowledge and sales forecasting experience
- Advanced forecasting techniques including regression analysis, cluster analysis, and conjoint analysis
- Strong mathematics, statistics, and modeling-related computer skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Compensation: $149,300–$298,700 base
