Business Development Manager

Position Summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B client partnerships. This role requires a highly consultative sales approach to analyze complex client workforce challenges and deliver tailored temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter who can build long-term executive relationships and navigate full-cycle B2B sales pipelines. B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and qualify high-potential business prospects within target geographic or vertical markets. Execute multi-channel outreach , including strategic cold calling, professional networking, and digital prospecting. Secure initial discovery meetings with key decision-makers, including HR Directors, Procurement, and C-Suite executives. Consultative Solution Selling Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to diagnose clients' unique labor constraints, operational goals, and talent gaps. Design customized staffing proposals , pricing tiers, and workforce management solutions tailored to client needs. Deliver persuasive sales presentations that clearly articulate the agency's value proposition, compliance standards, and vetting processes. valid drivers license #J-18808-Ljbffr
