Insurance Sales Representative (Start Immediately) - Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm (Federal Way or Auburn, WA)

Brian Harris and Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm agencies are seeking a coachable, motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to start right away, build strong sales skills, and grow a long-term career in insurance with ongoing training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through phone, email, referrals, and networking
• Recommend and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance based on customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals consistently with professionalism and integrity
• Participate in coaching and training to quickly build product knowledge
• Maintain organized follow-up and customer pipeline activity

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of sales and helping customers
• Persistent, resilient, and coachable
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Customer-first, consultative, solution-driven mindset
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience is a huge plus
• Washington licensing required prior to hire:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000-$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + performance bonuses (unlimited commissions)
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Medical and dental coverage after 90 days

• In-office: Federal Way or Auburn, WA
