Job Description

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to provide input and identify potential challenges.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the project team in maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with budget management, including tracking costs and preparing financial forecasts.
• Attend and document project meetings to ensure clear communication and action items are addressed.
• Work closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
