Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Sales Manager will be fully responsible for developing new B2B revenue opportunities. This is a self starting, full cycle sales role requiring strong knowledge of digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to independently prospect, present, and close deals. As the sales department grows, this role offers the opportunity to recruit, lead, and manage a sales team, with additional performance based compensation tied to team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Sales Execution: Identify, prospect, and engage with businesses to present agency solutions across SEO, paid advertising, and website development.

• Full Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales process, from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate executive level relationships and become a trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs, and marketing leaders.

• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of prospective clients and position our services (SEO, PPC, website development, branding, content, and more) as solutions that drive growth and revenue.

• Revenue Growth: Own and exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on pipeline status, closed deals, revenue forecasts, and team metrics.

Sales Team Leadership (Future Scope)

Once you have a proven track record as an individual contributor, the role can expand to:

• Recruit and train additional sales representatives

• Establish and oversee performance benchmarks and sales processes

• Coach and support team members in prospecting and closing

• Earn commission overrides based on team performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, agency services, or related industries

• Proven ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities

• Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, and more), and website development services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and consultative sales approach

• CRM and sales reporting proficiency

• Leadership qualities with the ability and desire to build a high performing sales team

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare organizations is a major plus, but it is not required. xhyhwjd Our Sales Academy will train you on the industry.

• Prior experience managing or mentoring sales reps

• Experience selling marketing agency services

• Existing relationships with business owners, marketing leaders, or decision makers

• Familiarity with marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution

• Agency or performance marketing sales background preferred

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 (DOE)

• Commission: 10% on all revenue generated and recurring business (no cap)

• Team Override (Future Scope): Additional commission tied to sales generated by your team once built and managed
