Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - Travel Assignment Worldwide Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel nursing opportunity at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico. Assignment Details Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN). Location: Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM. Contract Length: 13 Weeks. Extension Opportunity: Available. Weekly Compensation: $2,830. Blended Hourly Rate: $78.61/hour (includes per diem). License Requirement: Active RN License from any U.S. state. Benefits: FREE Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Job Responsibilities Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and document care accurately. Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state. Recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
