HR Support Assistant Are you passionate about supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within an organization? About The Role This role involves assisting in updating employee records, conducting audits, and reporting. It exists to support various HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and employee onboarding. By performing these tasks, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities Create new hire packets and ensure insurance and beneficiary forms are returned. Coordinate and monitor employee recognition and anniversary awards. Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting. Identify and coordinate job fairs and local school opportunities. Track applicants and assist with interview coordination and onboarding. Coordinate and monitor compliance testing at each facility. Liaise with the operations team to ensure our truck drivers' documents are current. Update and maintain the organizational chart. Assist with HR projects and process improvements. Minimum Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Teams. Attention to detail, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reason and logic to make important decisions. Passion and enthusiasm for work. Personable and positive in a team environment.
