Leading a dynamic creative team, the full-time Creative Marketing Director will oversee brand identity, ad creative, and content production while collaborating closely with executive leadership in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities: Set and maintain the creative vision and brand consistency across all marketing outputs Manage the creative calendar and oversee project prioritization and execution across various channels Direct video production and photography, ensuring high-quality content aligns with marketing goals Required qualifications: 10+ years of progressive creative experience, with 3-5 years in a senior creative leadership role in a B2B environment Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video production tools Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing creative teams Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating high-converting ad copy and campaign messaging Exceptional project management skills, with experience in formal PM systems like Asana or Monday.com
