Leading the creative evolution of a renowned gaming brand, the full-time remote Creative Director, Marketing will define and enhance the Chess.com brand identity while designing impactful marketing campaigns, product launches, and performance advertising. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the Chess.com brand identity across various touchpoints, including campaign visuals and social presence Design and art direct major brand campaigns from concept through final execution, ensuring cohesive storytelling Mentor and elevate the work of others while personally designing high-impact creative projects Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership, preferably in gaming or digital media Exceptional visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern creative tools Proven success in defining and executing compelling creative visions that drive measurable business results Strong understanding of advertising, brand design, and multi-channel campaign development A portfolio showcasing outstanding campaign work and creative thinking
