Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to discern clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources, facilitating a personalized approach to therapy.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans, defining specific goals and interventions in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Implement crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and provide safety planning as necessary to safeguard client well-being.

• Document all client interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards, thereby ensuring compliance and quality care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
