Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect pertinent information about clients’ mental health needs, including their strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric professionals to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and support group sessions, promoting community and shared learning among participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards mandated by the profession.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
