Senior Supply Chain Manager

Location: Livermore, CA

Direct Hire position
Position Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
• Manage procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPS), demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Lead Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing.
• Optimize inventory and reduce excess stock.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, delivery performance, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and support business planning.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, precision machining, or contract manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in global sourcing, strategic procurement, ERP implementation, and cost reduction.
• Knowledge of global logistics, export compliance, and supply chain risk management.
