Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking experienced Critical Care Float Registered Nurses to join our flexible staffing pool. This position involves providing care across various units within the hospital, including the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU.Key Responsibilities:Float between multiple departments as needed, ensuring patient care is consistently delivered at high standards.Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios up to 1:6 in Medical-Surgical units.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient assessments and interventions.Adhere to facility protocols and best practices while delivering acute care in critical situations.Work Schedule:This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).Candidate must be flexible with scheduling as block schedule requests cannot be accommodated.Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend.Travelers are expected to work during major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing is required.Open to first-time travelers.Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to ensure a timely start.Orientation and Compliance:Attendance at orientation is mandatory and the number of non-billable hours will vary based on contract length.Compliance requirements must be met in a timely manner to prevent delays in start date.Additional Information:Local candidates are accepted and will receive the same rates as travelers.
