Client Service Supervisor

Are you an experienced veterinary client service professional who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience for clients?

TBVS is looking for a Client Service Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership to our Client Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment, enjoys developing others, and knows how to balance excellent client service with strong operational execution.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Client Service team.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to ensure appropriate front desk and phone coverage.
• Coach, train, and develop Client Service Representatives.
• Serve as a resource for the team when handling challenging or escalated client situations.
• Partner closely with our veterinary, medical, and leadership teams to ensure effective communication and a seamless client experience.
• Help ensure consistent execution of hospital policies, procedures, financial processes, scheduling, and client communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall client experience.
• Provide direct CSR/front desk support when hospital volume or staffing needs require it.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of veterinary client service or related customer service experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Specialty and/or emergency veterinary experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• A collaborative leadership style with a genuine interest in developing and supporting others.
• Proven commitment to delivering excellent client service.
