Work Environment\n

This full-time LCSW position is operated remotely, allowing for flexible work arrangements while focusing on delivering care in a school setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings to address a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educational staff and healthcare providers, to enhance overall student wellness and facilitate coordinated care.

• Advocate for client access to community resources and support services, providing guidance on available mental health programs, educational support, and family resources.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular training, professional development sessions, and team discussions to continually refine your skills and incorporate evolving best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will engage with diverse populations, using culturally competent approaches to address the unique mental health challenges faced by students in the San Jose area. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with at least two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in support of older adults or school-aged populations.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
