AssemblyWe are looking for experienced assemblers with soldering experience.Custom-design and manufacture hermetic feedthroughs and connectors to your exact specifications, pressure ratings, wire counts, temperature ranges, and leak ratesElwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Assembly Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift ( 07:00am to 04:00pm )Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and build prints.Perform cup soldering on terminals, wires, and electronic connections.Measure, cut, and configure wires and components accurately.Mix epoxy and apply sealing materials per specifications.Inspect finished sub-assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain a clean and safe workstationAssembly Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in electronic or mechanical assembly (often 1 to 2 years).Proficiency in hand soldering and reading schematics.Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Attention to detail regarding quality guidelines and measurement parameters.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
