Digital Banking Support Representative Location: Honolulu, HI Pay: $20-$24/hr TEKsystems is seeking a Digital Banking Support Representative to support a local financial institution in Honolulu. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and chat Assist customers with online and mobile banking services Help with password resets, login issues, enrollments, and account access Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital banking platforms Answer questions regarding banking products and services Document customer interactions and escape issues when needed Qualifications 1+ year of customer service, help desk, or call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Banking, fraud, information security, or technical support experience is a plus Schedule Various shifts available:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
