We're hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility in Tampa. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to join a stable manufacturing team. If you have assembly, warehouse, or production experience and are ready to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.

Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Assemble foam and wooden crate components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools safely and accurately
• Read and follow assembly instructions and production orders
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Measure materials and ensure proper fit during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
