Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Visitor Management in Lake Mary, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Your visible presence will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, verifying credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, and security-related communications, escalating unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Support a professional, orderly front-desk environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and following Allied Universal and client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
