logistics teams. Skills and Experience Oversee all office operations, including scheduling, document control,
reporting, and communication flow.
Maintain accurate records related to production, orders, inventory, and
vendor accounts.
Lead, mentor, and develop a customer service team responsible for order
entry, issue resolution, and client communication.
Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring timely and professional
resolution.
