IT Support Analyst

QualificationsStrong knowledge of desktop support, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and trading applications (Bloomberg, Reuters, FIX protocol, etc.).Prior experience in a trade floor support role or a similar high-pressure technical support environmentAbility to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environmentResponsibilitiesProvide real-time support to traders and other users on the trading floor for any IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and communication systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.Monitor trading systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and proactively address potential problems before they impact users.Install, configure, and maintain trading software, desktop systems, monitors, keyboards, and other essential IT equipment.Log and document incidents and problems, tracking them to resolution, and ensure all incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.Work closely with other IT teams, such as network, server, and application support teams, to resolve technical issues efficiently and implement system upgrade
