Thriveworks seeks a Part-Time Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality, client-centered counseling to individuals, couples, and families in a hybrid setting. Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate EHR documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists and other providers. Therapists will offer in-person and telehealth sessions, participate in case consultation, uphold ethical and legal standards, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive clinical culture focused on accessibility and outcomes.
