Account Executive

Topicals is seeking a passionate and results driven Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team. This role will be very hands-on, traveling to store locations, providing education, training and organizing in-store events, all in an effort to drive brand conversion. The ideal candidate has Sephora in-store experience with the ability to travel at least 80% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish store-visit cadence based on sales goals and business KPIs for weekly, monthly and quarterly sell thru plans.
• Achieve territory sales goals and growth metrics with hands-on store training, education and events.
• Maximize in-store productivity by strong client interaction rooted in brand love, creating custom skincare routines for customers.
• Work closely with Beauty Advisor and Management teams to increase brand awareness and conversion in stores, training store teams on product point of difference and brand story.
• Cultivate close relationships with stores, district and regional managers through collaboration and business strategies. Optimizing large scale opportunities.
• Provide competitive analysis, assortment needs, inventory opportunities and overall business insights from the field to Topicals HQ.
• Maintain and uphold monthly sales docs to manage and track spending, ROI and business strategies
• Work closely with Director of Field Sales, Education and Events to develop strong business practices and strategies
• Assist Cross-Functional Teams in understanding market trends understanding territory logistics

Skills and Requirements

• Must reside within Miami or Fort Lauderdale metropolitan areas
• Must have Sephora in-store experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license and own a car
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Ability to travel at least 80% of the time.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in beauty and retail.
• Hyper-focused on driving results while maintaining integrity.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think outside of the box to address challenges.
• Experience managing and scheduling freelance

$80,000 - $85,000 a year
