Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focusing on facilitating open communication and understanding.
\n
• Addressing a wide array of issues, such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and behavioral concerns, specifically tackling topics like:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Job-related stress
\n
• Adjustment issues due to separation or divorce
\n
• Mother/daughter conflicts
\n
• Communication breakdowns among family members
\n
\n
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
