Location: Irvine, CA (On-Site)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Benefits


We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support proposal development, business development tracking, and marketing operations within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys managing multiple priorities.



Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bid opportunities and coordinate proposal activities
• Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents
• Maintain marketing materials, reference documents, and databases
• Track industry events, certifications, and key deadlines
• Manage CRM data and reporting
• Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or related experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
• Excellent organization, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

Preferred

• Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, or public-sector procurement processes
• Experience with CRM systems
• Background in architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional services industries
