Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $31.84

Shift: 2nd shift 2:45 pm – 10:45 pm after training on 1st shift concludes

What's the Job?

• Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Work on electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks with limited supervision.
• Initiate and complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Study blueprints and manuals to ensure correct installation and operation of machinery.
• Participate in production changeovers, adjustments, and equipment testing to ensure optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanics or related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of machines, tools, electrical/PLC systems, pneumatics, and control systems.
• Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
• Strong team skills with clear and thorough communication, both written and oral.
• Ability to be on feet for 8-12 hours per shift and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lbs.
