Paralegal Needed!!


A well-established family law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, and other domestic relations matters in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and mediation materials
• Maintain case files and organize documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Texas family law procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with e-filing and case management software
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
