FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL
The Company: Our client is a respected Pearland-based LAW FIRM that is seeking to hire a FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL to join their growing team! This role is TEMP-to-POTENTIAL-PERM-HIRE with a work schedule of MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5PM . Hourly compensation available at $25-$27/hr , with some opportunity for OVERTIME HOURS . The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for: Supporting attorneys in family law cases including divorce, child custody, child/spousal support, and restraining orders Drafting legal documents such as petitions, declarations, financial disclosures, and discovery requests Conducting client intake and assisting with the preparation of case files Managing court filings and calendaring deadlines Maintaining accurate and organized case files, databases, and client communications Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in FAMILY LAW, REQUIRED Paralegal Certificate, REQUIRED Next Steps?
