Carpenter ForemanJoin our team as a Carpenter Foreman overseeing projects at various sites within the Grand Rapids and Holland Area. This role involves managing multifamily projects ranging from 15 to 250 unit apartment complexes. As a Working Foreman, you will provide day-to-day direct communication to a crew of 3-4 individuals.ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction and completion of multifamily projects at different sites.Provide daily communication and direction to a crew of 3-4 team members.Coordinate and ensure the quality of trim carpentry work.Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes accurately.Essential SkillsExperience in multifamily construction projects.Proficiency in trim carpentry.Previous experience as a Lead or Working Foreman.Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes.Enjoy a consistent 5-day workweek with the opportunity to work directly with a reputable client.
