Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$16.80 per hour

Shift:

3rd shift - Sun-Thurs 8:30pm-5a(might be a somewhat flexible if needed)

What’s a typical day as Payment Processor? You’ll be:

• Preparing transactions for deposit by completing routine duties in a production environment.
• Using computer-based software specific to payment processing operations.
• Manually extracting payments from envelopes, sorting and organizing checks and invoices for deposit.
• Accurately inputting payment amounts into software applications using a PC.
• Following account-specific instructions to ensure accurate deposit preparation.
• Collecting and preparing check copies for re-association and physically matching check copies with invoices and envelopes.
• Sorting completed batches for outgoing mail to return to the client.
• Meeting established department standards for quality and productivity.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Possess basic computer skills and strong organizational skills (required).
• Are able to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs. frequently.
• Can sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions.
• Have experience in banking operations  (preferred, not required).
• Have 10-key or data entry skills
