Overview 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to work at BestBuy 338 in Albuquerque, NewMexico. Job Details Job Type: Regular (part‑time) Work Location: BestBuy 338 – Albuquerque, NM 87114 Pay: $20.50 per hour Schedule: 20 hours per week, Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days About the Role In this role you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend and demonstrate Meta products. You will build relationships in a retail environment, train in new AI apps and tools, and provide an interactive, informative shopping experience. What You’ll Be Doing Become a Meta master by learning AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more. Engage customers and demonstrate how Meta gadgets enhance their lives. Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending the right product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and welcomingly. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain an attractive and organized Meta display. Collaborate with retail associates and leaders. Track customer interactions and submit daily electronic reports. Work primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Respect local retail store environments and operational policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Interest in AV and VR products (plus). Ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to at least three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to iPhone11 or SamsungS25. Capability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab objects up to 20 lb, with accommodations available for disabilities. Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
