We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing Colorado law firm. We are looking for an attorney with approximately 2-5 years of litigation experience who is interested in building a meaningful, long-term legal career with an established firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation and wants to develop a broader practice in probate, elder law, estate administration, fiduciary matters, and related litigation.

We are an established, locally rooted Colorado law firm whose practice focuses on matters involving probate, elder law, estate planning and administration, fiduciary representation, conservatorship, guardianships, trust and estate disputes, and litigation. We are a mid-sized, family-friendly, locally established firm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of meaningful litigation experience and a strong interest in developing or expanding experience in probate, elder law, estate administration, and related disputes. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including:

• Probate and estate administration proceedings, including litigation.

• Guardianship and conservatorship matters

• Court appearances and hearings, including mediation and settlement negotiations

• Working directly with clients, opposing counsel, fiduciaries, personal representatives, beneficiaries, experts, and other professionals
