Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time time position working out of our Indianapolis branch . We are looking for an individual with previous building materials knowledge, who can develop strong relationships with new and current customers. This individual should be a competitive self-starter, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and manage account relationships.
• Market, service, and promote Tri-State products and services.
• Establish and maintain customers.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Effectively use systems and strategies for client prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred NOT required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Building material knowledge preferred not required. 
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive. 
• Stong communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mentality.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
