Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension.
Pay Rate : $150 - $155/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for a temporary assignment in San Jose, California. These positions are 26-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Primary Care Physician:
- Board certified or non-boarded with appropriate experience required
- Download and complete the required Provider Questionnaire form prior to submitting
- Meet all qualifications, privileging, and compliance documentation requirements as determined by the client
- Maintain valid credentials and comply with all credentialing and privileging requirements prior to performing services
