Primary Care PhysicianLocation: San Jose, CA 95128Schedule: Full-Time, 32–40 hours/weekSalary:$268,000–$300,000 annuallySign-On Bonus: To Be DeterminedRelocation Assistance: AvailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse, multicultural patient population in San Jose. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages; no OB. Conduct examinations, interpret diagnostics, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate specialty referrals and inpatient care as needed. Complete appropriate patient forms and manage electronic health record inbox responsibilities. Collaborate with behavioral health, wellness, and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Participate in quality improvement, peer review, clinical audits, and certification activities. Participate in a rotational after-hours physician call schedule. Participate in community health events and outreach activities as appropriate. QualificationsM.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty. Current, unrestricted California medical license. Active, unrestricted DEA license. Minimum 2 years of primary care experience. Current BLS certification. Ability to manage a full-time patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities. English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
