Position overview:
*We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join a modern, physician-led outpatient medical practice in Mountain View, CA.
*This position focuses on providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care, preventive wellness, and musculoskeletal evaluation to patients across the Silicon Valley community.
Key responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness exams, acute illness care, chronic condition management, and routine health screenings.
• Specialized Care: Evaluate and manage sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions; incorporate osteopathic principles and preventive health strategies into personalized patient management plans.
• Clinical Operations: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage prescription therapies, and coordinate care with local specialists and health systems.
• Compliance & EMR: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system following HIPAA, clinic SOPs, and regulatory standards.
