Before becoming a State Farm Agent, Tomica spent three years as an agency manager alongside a State Farm Agent. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships :
  Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, enhancing satisfaction and retention while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct Policy Reviews :
  Regularly assess clients' coverage needs by analyzing current policies, identifying gaps, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Resolve Complex Customer Issues :
  Address complex issues such as claims disputes and policy changes by coordinating with departments, advocating for clients, and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Recommend and Sell Insurance Products :
  Use in-depth product knowledge to recommend and explain policies to both cold and warm leads , adapting sales approaches based on client familiarity with offerings.
