Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) openings are available onsite in the Lewisville and The Colony areas, with grade levels and caseloads to be determined as placements are finalized for the new school year. You’ll join a collaborative environment that values your expertise as you help students achieve communication and educational milestones.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of current best practices for assessment and intervention with school-aged children
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across multiple grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions onsite
• Provide consultative support, resources, and in-service training for teachers and staff
• Maintain accurate records and participate in ARD/IEP meetings as required
• Engage and update families regarding student progress and therapeutic strategies
• Adapt services as needed to best serve each student within the school environment
