Used Car Sales Consultant

Titus-Will Automotive Group | Sumner, WA Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a family-owned South Sound institution since 1938. We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $40,000–$160,000 annually (commission; total compensation depends on sales performance)
• Paid sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery
• Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options
• Build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals
• Negotiate pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on new and used inventory
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and performance goals
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for test drives and vehicle moves)
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends
