Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Shorewood)

Job Details Job Location: 932 Brook Forest Ave, Shorewood, IL 60404 Salary: $15.50 - $17.00 hourly, Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential. Qualifications Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus. Availability to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
