Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidanceAssist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.Perform routine and non-routine duties independentlyDiagnose problems and suggest possible solutionsKeep abreast of current developments and trends in professional areaUnderstand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the jobUse power tools to complete tasks and projectsComplete and/or assist with basic to mediocre carpentry projectsMaintain inventory of suppliesMaintain outside groundsGive general assistance to supervisorAssist with processes related to recycling and general trash removalEffectively us Maintenance Connection for work ordersCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Work independentlyHandle multiple priorities;Communicate effectively,Reason and solve problems;Verify and approve work of self and others;Strong math skillsBasic Minimum Qualifications:High school diplomaMinimum of one year of experience in general maintenanceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., with overtime as needed.
