Temporary Supervising Producer

Lead the creative vision and identity for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen video Develop and pitch original video franchises and shareable formats across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, on-site, and other platforms Produce and direct video content from concept through distribution Develop pre-production materials and direct celebrity talent on set Guide post-production across story, pacing, graphics, music, and color Write loglines, treatments, beat sheets, shot lists, scripts, and pilots Collaborate with editorial, marketing, sales, production management, social teams, and other partners Develop branded opportunities while preserving editorial voice Manage productions, programming workflows, Airtable tracking, freelancer hiring, budgets, deadlines, and resources Oversee and mentor producers and associate producers Report to the Director of Video Requirements Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in creative video production, ideally with digital-first and celebrity-driven content, or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to develop and produce internet-forward, highly engaging video across multiple platforms and formats Experience directing and collaborating with high-profile or A-list talent on set Strong creative instincts and a keen eye for visual storytelling Deep understanding of the production process, including show development, treatments, pilots, shoots, and post-production Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-moving production environment Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills Experience creating branded content is preferred/a plus Based in New York City and able to work in the office four days per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading creative video production, from concept development to post-production, while effectively managing projects, budgets, and talent.
