- Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote (St. Petersburg office)

- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to commercial litigation attorneys
- Draft, format, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents including briefs, motions, and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings and meetings, and track court deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and internal teams
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation including exhibit organization
- Support new matter intake including conflict checks and engagement materials
- Enter time in Aderant and manage document filing in iManage/DMS
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all matters
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience required - commercial litigation preferred
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures - electronic and in-person
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel
- Exceptional proofreading, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive
